A four-day training Program, “The Language of the Eastern Silk Road,” successfully completed at the Department of Archaeology & Museums (DoAM), Islamabad, providing participants with an engaging platform to learn the Chinese language while exploring the rich cultural and historical connections between Pakistan and China. The program featured interactive Chinese language sessions and cultural activities designed to introduce participants to the diverse traditions, artistic expressions, heritage, and historical links that have connected the two countries through the centuries-old legacy of the Silk Road. Throughout the program, participants gained a deeper understanding of Chinese language and culture while exploring the shared heritage and enduring historical bonds between the peoples of Pakistan and China. The successful completion of the training program highlighted the vital role of cultural exchange, language learning, and people-to-people contacts in strengthening the longstanding Pakistan–China friendship and promoting greater mutual understanding through shared cultural heritage.
