Description: Veer Thari site is located about 7 km south-east of Seerani town. It can be accessed from Bhugra Memon link road via earthen track to Veer Thari site. Thari is a large site divided into two parts, Mound-I (Southern) and Mound-II (Northern). Mound I and II are at a distance of about 11.65 m. Mound-I measures 75 m in length, 21.3 m in breadth, it is about 2.7 m high from the surrounding plain. The measurements of mound-II are 107 m in length, 17.4 m in breadth and about 2.7 m high from the surrounding plains. The cultural material was profusely scattered over the site, which probably belonged to the Buddhist period (3rd-8th Century CE).
