Description: Malhin-jo-daro is located approximately 10 km north-east of Seerani town, it can be accessed from Badin-Seerani Road towards village Gul Muhammad Chang. It is a very large site, divided into two mounds, mound-01 (south) and mound-02 (north). The measurements of mound-01 are approximately 287 m in length, 184.4 m in breadth, it is about and about 2.1 m high from the surrounding land. The measurements of mound-02 are 187.4 m in length and about 115 m in breadth. It is 1.8 m high from the surrounding surface. The cultural material is profusely scattered over the mound-01 which clearly belonged to the Islamic period (Sultanate/Mughal Period).
