Description: An archaeological site, situated in the east, while F.R. area in Bannu District 10 km north west of Jani-Kheil. It is the earliest site discovered in the area. The site has already been excavated by a joint team of the Institute of Archaeology London University and British Museum in collaboration with the Department of Archaeology, Peshawar University. The pottery discovered from the site has no parallel in Pakistan and has strong affinities with Iran. It can be dated back to 4th millennium BCE. The site was protected in 1986.
