It is owned by a family who are too reserved to let any researchers inside due to fear of an attack on their privacy. It is called Mohan Mandir that may be because it was dedicated to Krishna who was also known as Mohan which means the attractive, enchanter and the delightful in Sanskrit used with reference to Krishna and the gopis (milk maidens).
