Description: This Baradari was built by Maharaja Ranjit Singh during his reign (1799-1839 CE). It is a good specimen of Sikh period secular architecture of pavilion type. The main features of the building include its richly decorated interior in frescoes, depicting floral, geometrical and animal designs. The other important features of it are its carved wooden doors which have been finished in delicate and elaborate geometrical and flower patterns.
