Description: It is located in 2.5 km west of the center of Turban near the southern limit of the village of Gushtang just after the cross-road to Kosh-Qalat. It measures 100 x 100 m with maximum height of 6-8 m and is visible from the airport. The western part of the site is occupied by modern cemetery. The most important feature is the presence of Zangian material in the surface pottery. It is the first evidence in the Turban oasis of an ancient settlement connected with the necropolis of Zangian/Sorap Kaur. Also, Gushtang is the nearest oasis area to Zangian.
