Description: This Khanqah is situated in the settlement of Talis and is surrounded with traditional houses. The structure is built with timber, stone and concrete. It has been built over a square plan with verandahs on its eastern and southern sides. The lower portion of the Khanqah houses a sanitation facility (for ritual ablutions), a winter mosque as well as a storage space. It also provides access to the settlement. The eastern verandah is divided into two separate levels; the upper level serves as a prayer space for females. During the most recent phase of reconstruction, the community added a series of reinforced concrete columns to the basement level, in order to provide additional support to the heavy upper structure.
