Qarabeckutz Mosque

Description: These are two mosques each built in the name of two notable individuals, namely Qarabeck and Karim (forefathers of the present owner, Mr. Amjad). Both buildings have a square -shaped plan and a verandah on two sides. A small communal gathering space is attached to both these mosques. The mosques are also used for educational purposes, which earns them greater importance in the community. These buildings are situated in the neighborhood of an old settlement and a garden. Stone and wood were used to build these structures, and wooden planks were added to the walls for insulation purposes. The walls are also carved in with various floral and geometric patterns.
