There are carved patterns on both the opening frames of the building, as well as its exterior. The architectural context of this historic mosque is denoted by an old jamaat khana nearby (space designated for the religious practice of the Shia Ismaili Muslim community), unusually named the Sawab - e -Ha (literally, the house of good reward), and a communal space.
