Hindu Temple - A (Kaitlay Mandir)

Description: This rectangular building measures 5.2 x 3.10 m with a height of 2.90 m. It is divided into two parts: a square room measuring 3.10 x 3.10 m, which is the temple proper and a square verandah measuring 2.05 x 2.05 m. The verandah has three arched openings one each in the north, south and east and the western wall of the room has a door opening into the verandah. The roofs are vaulted. Chajjas or projecting eaves are there on all sides. The top of the temple is missing and a modern overhead water tank has been constructed and a sucking machine for the tube-well installed inside the temple proper. The walls of the temple room contain arched blind niches of stone and bricks.
