Pande Group of Rock Carvings

Description: Pande is a village situated on the right bank of River Indus opposite Mehdiabad. At Pande Thang 19 stones with 136 carvings were found. Here two inscriptions with one having only two lines, in Tibetan characters were also found. Among the carvings mostly ibexes, few snow leopards, human figures and one symbol are carved.
