Burhan Mound-I

Description: An archaeological site, situated about 2 km south of GT Road and 500 m south of Dhok Tali and about 1.5 km east of the Burhan village. It measures 500 x 150 m with maximum height of 15 m. The site is visibly on a large natural mound of compact soil. It is badly disturbed due to erosion and cultivation activities and its south-eastern corner has been completely leveled. Potshards are scattered all over the site.
