Sherqela Tower

Description: It is called Rako Sher Qila, Ghizir. Sherqela is the old capital of a local Raja of Punial valley. It is situated on the left bank of the Gupis River. It is stated by the villagers that at this place Raja`s residence/palace was built during the 17th century, which was totally destroyed and only the tower is left. The tower measured 14 by 11.2 m.
