Description: Nawan Fort, still retains some of its original features, built of mud brick with four corner towers, it measures 48m externally between the bastions, the walls are 3m thick and the parapet wall which is pierced with loopholes, is one foot thick. The doorway on the north is 3m wide and is flanked by guard rooms built of burnt bricks, there appears to be another wall around the fort at a distance of 69m, which is only barely visible on ground.
