Mirgarh Fort

Description: It was built by Nur Muhammad Khan, son of Jan Khan in 1799 CE and completed in three years. The fort is built of burnt bricks 23cm x 15cm x 4cm, it is square in plan, measuring 28m on each side and possesses seven bastions. Remains of an outer rampart of mud can still be seen, a well inside the fort exists which is now filled up. In addition, six wells outside the fort reportedly contain sweet water.
