Tomb of Dad Muhammad Khan Lohar

Description: Tomb is located in deh Rasoolabad, taluka Garhi Khairo, district Jacobabad. Tomb is in the south of village Dad Muhammad Khan Lohar. Begair canal is in the south, Garhi Khairo town is 6 km in the west, Illahi Bux village is about 100 m in the south west. Entrance is on eastern side with one wooden door having floral pattern engravings above the door there are two large blind arches, decorated with glaze tiles. There is Persian inscription above the door. There are two rectangular panels on each side of door. Northern, southern and western sides have blind arches in fine rows. Tomb has a semicircular dome with glaze turrets, it rests on hexagonal drum, there are ten blind arches with tiles and grills on drum. Tomb is decorated with rectangular panels, blind arches with tiles and grills on drum. Burnt bricks, glaze tiles, lime plaster and mud mortar are construction materials. Tomb is square in plan and decorated with rectangular panels, blind arches, turrets and glazed tiles. Above the door, there is a Kalima and Persian inscription. Internally, dome has floral fresco paintings. There are four arches in corners decorated with fresco painting. Hall has plain walls. There is one ventilator in eastern wall, and two windows in northern and southern side. There are four graves in the tomb. Head stone of three graves have Persian inscription.
