Description: This temple is situated near old secretariat opposite Saheli Sarkar shrine. In this temple there are many floral motives, along the pectoral representation of Radha Krishna, the deities of the Hindus. Many Hindu inscriptions are also written on the temple walls. There are two stairs leading to the inside of the temple. The temple is square in plan. The wall is made of small bricks with lime plaster. Many small and big arches are depicted on the front entrance. The outer condition of the temple is badly damaged. The dome has octagonal shape. There were seven small arches depicted inside the temple. It does not seem to be a Gurdwara as declared by tourism department of AJK. The monument is tentatively assigned to the Dogra Raj of Kashmir.
