Description: An archaeological site associated with early Islamic to Sultanate period comprise a mound covered with a maximum height of 6 m above the surrounding fields. A wide depression marked as cut track, almost divided the mound into two portions. The mound on north-eastern side was smaller and higher than the other portion. The potshards from the surface were largely of dull red and light red in colour and included rim fragments of water pitchers, lids, bowls and cooking pots. In addition to a number of copper coins of different sizes largely corroded, iron nails, terracotta balls, beads and a large number of shell bangle fragments.
