Description: Chitta Gate is situated closely to Wazir Khan Mosque, on the eastern side. It appears that it was the entrance of outer premises of Wazir Khan Mosque. Since, it is part of the mosque premises its date of construction is the same as that of the mosque. The gate is about 4.8 m wide and 9.1 m high in shape of an arch. The entrance on the sides is used by the hawkers.
