Tomb of Mai Mehrban

Description: The tomb of Mai Mehrban is an unfinished brick building created in the popular style of Multan, built in small country bricks laid in mud mortar. The structure has been designed as usual in three stages, in an imitation of the tomb of Shah Rukhn-e-Alam. The exterior has been designed in recessed arched panels surrounded by recessed friezes. The second storey is in fact the drum of the hemispherical dome which crowns the tomb and is lime plaster.
