Description: This monument is divided into two sections. The front two storey portion and a seven storey portion. The two storey portion is constructed in stone masonry and are the remains of the original structure. It has an arched entrance way with a verandah on top. There is a projected room on either side of the entrance way. The verandahs have arched openings and the doors and windows of the projected rooms are made out of wood. The new building has stone cladding on the exterior facade.
