Description: This is a two storey building which is made of stone. There are four marble steps that lead up to the entrance way, which is on the exterior and ornamented with tall columns. The lobby has a double height ceiling. The building proper has two entrances from the south-east and north-east sides. On the south there is a circular staircase that goes up to the first floor. A parapet wall is also visible on the building.
