Victoria Clock Tower

Description: This tower was built in 1888 by Miss Prichard`s daughter of C.P. Prichard, Commissioner of Sindh. The design and the stone works were executed by Col. S.S. Jacob, an engineer and cousin of Sir John Jacob. The tower has been made with burnt bricks and lime. Second floor has a tower. The tower has a central hall from where an iron stair goes up to the top floor which then has four halls. All the five rooms have arched entrances and 4m high ceiling except for the one room in the center which goes up to the next floor, approximately 12m high. Throughout the building there is tiled flooring.
