Description: A monument, 17th century heritage also known as the garden of Ali Mardan, constructed in the middle of Ali Mardan Khan Garden during Mughal-era. Ali Mardan Khan was a Mughal-era military leader, administrator and famous builder who had many engineering works to his credit stretching from Kabul to Delhi. Located between the Fort Road and the Mall Road, it is perhaps the oldest surviving building structure in the Peshawar Cantonment. It has now been renovated by the Provincial Directorate of Archaeology.
