Description: Bhando Qubo site is located about 3.32 Km east of Rato Dero town, it can be accessed from Rato Dero town via N-55 road to Dakhan, Taluka Rato Dero, District Larkana. There is a tomb situated on top of the mound belonging to Rato Khan Jalbani, the legendary founder of Ratodero who died defending his land from bands of invaders in the 18th century CE The mound on which the tomb is situated is of Early and Mature Indus period deduced from the section clearing and small-scale excavation carried out by Department of Archaeology Shah Abdul Latif University Khairpur (SALU) in 1997, under the direction of Dr. Nilofer Shaikh.
