Tarnawa is a small village on the left Bank of Haro River about 5 km to the South-west of Khanpur and about 365m to the west of the village, there are the remains of a large stupa on the plain, about 14m in diameter and 7m high. On the east there are the ruins of a large monastery about 19 square meter and about 01 km to the south, there is a steep hill about 150 or 180 m in height on which there are three stupas which are supposed to be still intact.
