Description: A temple, located about 5 km in east of District Chakwal. An inscription is engraved on facade of the temple which is translated as Shrimati Maya Devi Cast Sitipni Lal Chan Sehgal. Its plaster has been removed due to natural causes, only naked bricks are visible. Finial is absent.
