Description: This shrine of Hazrat Sidan Shah is located on the Link Rd, Noor Pur Baghan in Jhelum in Choa Saidan Shah - a small town in district Jhelum. Choa Saidan Shah is one of the most beautiful area of Pakistan. This town is named after the saint Saidan Shah Shirazi. The legend goes that the area was a desert until the holy man arrived, when he struck the ground with his staff and sweet water sprang up. The saint`s shrine is located in a courtyard on the back of main bazaar, and the annual Urs is held in April every year. Architecturally, its a specimen of Potohari Islamic architectural style. The color blend is rather distinct. The tile work is flashy and can be seen elsewhere in the area in other shrines.
