Renowned archaeologist ππ«π¨π. ππ¨π§πππ‘ππ§ πππ«π€ πππ§π¨π²ππ«, Professor of Anthropology at the University of WisconsinβMadison, conducted a specialize one day training session on "Identification, categorization of Beads and Documentation" at the Conservation Treatment & Analysis Laboratory, Department of Archaeology & Museums (DoAM), Islamabad. The session brought together conservators, and researchers for hands-on learning in bead identification and scientific documentation, condition assessment, and international best practices in collection care. Prof. Kenoyer also shared insights from his extensive research and emphasizing the importance of scientific conservation in preserving Pakistan's rich archaeological heritage.The training reflects DoAM's continued commitment to strengthening professional capacity and adopting modern conservation practices through collaboration with leading international experts.
